Hindu Marriage

Hindu marriages are governed by Hindu Marriage act 1955 where there are different legal and recognized ways of getting married. Whereas acc. to sec 8 of Hindu Marriage act 1955 state govt. can impose penalty for not getting marriage registered but in no case an unregistered marriage becomes invalid in Delhi and it is rather much better to get it on record for fruitful result and future benefits. 

As told earlier that there are many forms of valid marriage but for those who want quick and speedy process we give them the option of ARYA SAMAJ MANDIR marriage which is recognized universally and can be performed intercaste, interreligion. The process is not time consuming and there is no need of any special effort. Groom and Bride Needs only few things for performing this marriage which are as under:

  1. Pan Card of Groom and one ID proof of residence like- ADHAAR Card/ Ration Card/Election ID etc.
  2. Pan Card of Bride and one ID proof of residence like- ADHAAR Card/ Ration Card/Election ID etc.
  3. 7 Passport size Photograph of Bride and Groom.
  4. 2 major(above 18 years female/ above 21 years male) witness 
  5. 2 photographs of both witness(2 each)
  6. Residence proof of witness-ADHAAR Card/ Ration Card/Election ID etc.
